“I can parent my son on my own if I have to.”
My family experienced a very traumatic event in the days before my first session with Miki. It was a very intense time in my parenting journey that I was not expecting.
Miki’s invitation to step back from the fear and drama and into my creativity and love helped me to own my role and abilities as a father in a powerful new way that is changing my family.
Despite the huge trauma in my family, our sessions have still helped me to expand my parenting, and I have the confidence to say I can parent my son on my own if I have to do that. I wouldn’t have been able to say that so clearly and calmly without our sessions.
Miki has a gentle yet strong presence that creates an emotionally-safe space to explore what I’m wanting for my family, and the wisdom to elicit the action steps from me that manifest those visions.
Give your family and yourself the gift of father coaching with Miki. You’ll be grateful you made the leap.

I Can Help You Too
“I now know what I want to pass on to my boys.”
My main challenge as a dad has been the transition from being a father of two boys to being a father of two young men. When I first talked to Miki, I told him the story of looking at my boys through my father’s eyes, which scared me a lot. I judged them unconsciously. I got lost in old patterns.
Miki’s questions and his attentive listening brought up powerful commitments that helped me interact with my boys on another level. Miki has a gift for finding the nuggets and extracting the necessary commitments to change my patterns. Out of my many words and pictures he helped me to formulate my next steps.
I agreed to show myself vulnerable to my boys. They responded so well that the next steps automatically showed themselves. After talking to them about my challenges, things shifted inside of me. I could return to looking at them in a loving non-judgmental way. It was a healing moment that allowed me to return to my original purpose as a father.
I now know what I want to pass on to my boys and what my new role as a father of young adults is. I know that not only as a man but also a father my strength lies in my vulnerability. I’ve learned that being present has little to do with spending as much time as possible with my sons. It has to do with being there in the moment and appreciating their requests, answering them with my full presence.

“I shifted towards a more conscious way of living.”
I sought coaching with Miki to help me manifest a healthy father role. I did not know where and how to start. After nearly a decade in a difficult relationship with my wife, in which the kids suffered enormously, I had alienated myself from my stepchildren and even my own child. Shortly into the coaching my wife filed for divorce.
Miki was a great sounding board and support. His coaching helped me greatly in maintaining my balance in this difficult period. He helped me enormously in seeing things long-term instead of just the struggle ahead. Gradually I shifted towards a more conscious way of living.
By helping me stay connected and focused–mainly to my own inner strength and wisdom and my desire to support them in becoming healthy adults–I’ve seen my relationship to all my children (both my biological child and my two stepchildren) gradually become better than it has been for many years. When I started coaching with Miki this seemed like an unsurmountable challenge. My stepchildren were about to disappear almost completely out of my life.
Miki is warm and empathic. He creates a very safe space in which to do personal work. By asking the right questions, looking at the bigger picture, he helped me get clarity and direction in situations where I was at a complete loss. The intentions I was asked to set at the start of our sessions sometimes seemed unrealistic and infeasible, yet Miki managed to manifest them each time. Amazing is the only word I can think of to describe this.
To me a coach is somebody who is willing to show himself as much as he expects his coachee to show himself. Miki is the kind of man who leads by example. He takes you an a journey, on a path to becoming a better man, a better father.
What I like most about Miki’s approach is his authenticity and vulnerability. He has a soft and tender yet very masculine presence which made me feel safe and seen. Anybody looking for guidance, I can assure you that you are in the best possible company with Miki. I consider him to be more than a coach, to me he is a friend.

Are We a Good Fit?
“My heart is now full.”
Miki has helped me identify what has been stopping me going forward. From years of fear and indecision, I am now in the process of buying a house. From years of fear of success, I’m embracing my job and big new opportunities are opening up. Through this work, I have now overcome my guilt when away from my daughter and can fully concentrate and be present when I am with her.
Among all the other self development work I am doing, the consistency of my sessions with Miki is fundamental in my shining brighter. I would definitely recommended doing a first session with Miki and then let your heart decide what is right. My heart is now full. Thank you Miki.

“Totally present in their world.”
The most important area for me is how I show up as a father for my two young sons. When I am not being the father I want to be it is a source of great pain. Miki has helped me to create more connection, more joy, a wider sense of adventure and fun and more moments of being totally present in their world. This is absolute nourishment for my soul and theirs.
My partner also looks forward to my sessions with Miki, because she knows that afterwards, the man she loves will reappear in front of her, more bright, vibrant and full of exciting ideas.

“I’m less frustrated.”
When I enlisted Miki as a life coach I was in a rut. A lot of what once nourished me had fallen by the wayside, and instead most of my time was filled with work and a lot of every day family stuff. My wife and I had quite a few years with two small children who slept poorly, it was an intense time with a challenging family dynamic. I just missed other elements in my life that I needed for balance and enjoyment.
Miki is deeply supportive and empathetic, and very good at appreciating the challenges and possibilities of fatherhood. He helped me develop a closer contact with ways of being the ideal me and offered new practices and tools for how to support that. I now have a much clearer understanding of the life elements that are important to me and what I want for myself. That has become a foundation for nourishing all parts of me and holding space for my hearts desires.
Today I feel really good, like I’m more myself, noticing all the small and bigger things that excite me, setting aside time to act on them, and expressing my desires and wants more fully. My being in a better space also benefits my family. I’m less frustrated, and it’s easier for me to stay in a good place with the children. And because I’m feeling more in touch with my wants, and seeing them manifest bit by bit, my family is making more connections with like minded people in our community.

Could You Use Some Gentle Guidance?
“My relationship with my son is deeper.”
The sessions with Miki were invaluable, anchoring a lot of external changes and internal shifts in a way that felt healthy and very grounding. Miki helped me to recognize negative patterns whilst at the same time encouraging me to celebrate and nurture my growth and success. Since we started working, a lot has changed. My relationship with my son is deeper and more alive, and many previously challenging aspects of my life are falling into place. I see the sessions that I did with Miki as a valuable contribution to this growth, and would recommend his work to anyone wholeheartedly.

“I’m lighter, more playful.”
I’ve met and worked with many coaches on my journey to develop as a man and a father. Miki is undoubtedly the one I’ve made the best progress with. My family life was marked by fights and conflicts. Miki offered me a safe space to heal. I discovered ways of viewing tense situations from a different perspective. I’m seeing a big change in myself and in my relationship to my boys. I’m lighter, more playful, not as angry anymore. For the first time, I’ve spent three days alone with my 5-year old son with joy and connection and not control and tension. Every coaching session with Miki was worth a fortune. I strongly recommend anyone who even thinks about consulting Miki to stop searching and act.

“I feel a lot more rooted now.”
When I first connected with Miki I didn’t have a real place for myself or a real sense of where I was going. I also struggled to stay centered in my relationship with my ex-wife. Through Miki’s gentle but direct coaching I became more compassionate towards myself, and I committed to honoring my own needs and agreements, putting myself in the center. I started to trust myself far more, listening to my inner voice. Today my relationship with my ex is healing, and my son sees that his parents can get along. I feel a lot more rooted now, with a clearer sense of where I’m headed. And there’s a lot more joy in my life.

“I have grown into a better parent.”
Miki has a truly phenomenal presence. Throughout our coaching I had a strong sense of Miki supporting me from a real place of curiosity and commitment to me stepping into my own greatness as a parent. His intention is driven by a real love for what it is to be a parent, and his wish for me to find that place within myself. I felt a real strong resonance with his relationship to nature and the natural order of things, and that had an immensely calming and reflective effect on my own thoughts and processes. His internal clarity and presence was powerfully matched with his skills as a coach, and his ability to support me to find my own solutions while at the same time gently offering me tools and ideas. A truly beautiful experience that I feel immensely grateful for as I have grown into a better parent.

“A much greater sense of self.”
Even if you have just a twinkling of inquisitiveness about whether coaching is for you, I suggest you give Miki the opportunity to help you clarify your relationship to self, other and your world around you. Why? Because I have benefited massively from his insightful, nature-centered, reflective ways. In only six sessions, I have a much greater sense of self, balance and purpose in our world. I am sure you would too.

“My path seems clearer now.”
Miki is a wonderful coach who helped unlock all the best things in me. I don’t feel anguish like I used to. Sometimes that anguish kept me from enjoying all the precious moments I spend with my son. I feel better about myself. My path seems clearer now. Thank you.

“Stopping the act of numbing my feelings.”
Miki is an amazing coach, who helps you find a deep place within yourself so that you can begin to touch the real issue that sits beneath the surface level acting out. I missed half the sessions I booked with him because of my pattern of chaos and isolation and managed to take his clear boundary setting and turn it into a positive action by stopping the act of numbing my feelings. A good start to a longer journey.

“Connection with my family.”
I was looking for a coach who would listen without judging, someone I could trust enough to be vulnerable with. I wanted to not feel alone as a dad and to create more family connections. I also wanted to gentle mirror for my shadows.
You helped me feel heard and understood. You guided me gently towards making commitments to gain what I sought: connection with my family.
You have helped me decide on what I want and take action toward what I want through supportive commitments and accountability. I am much more present with my kids and how we relate to each other has strengthened. I am also more comfortable making stretches towards what I want.
You are a fantastic listener and seemed to be paying attention to patterns that emerge and offer kind, supportive language while also gently asking if I wanted to take action in a seemingly non-judgemental way.
I felt like I could tell you anything and it would be accepted and honored. You seemed to be coming from hard earned experience. You were direct and gentle at the same time! Anyone would be lucky to sit with you. Thank you Miki.
